Figaro Chain Heart Necklace gold

Ordered 3 necklaces. One was very ugly because the whole thing could not be seen in the picture. It won't be used. However, looking at the pictures of the 3 you asked me to review, the ugly one is not pictured. You sent me the wrong necklace....should have been the one is this picture. Instead I received one with paperclip chain and pearls with a big heart...ugly!
